                                                           Cancer

Cancer is defined as: “A condition where cells in a specific part of the body grow and reproduce uncontrollably. The cancerous cells can invade and destroy surrounding healthy tissue, including organs.” (NHS)

At least one in three people in the UK will develop a form of cancer. The most common types of cancer are:

  • Breast cancer

  • Lung

  • Prostate

  • Bowel

Oxygen Therapy helps many people have higher levels of energy and evidence is emerging it can play a role in helping the body to recover from cancer, especially in combination with a Ketogenic Diet.  Oxygen Therapy can be especially helpful before or after chemotherapy, radiotherapy or surgery.

At MS Centre Argyll, we welcome people with any long-term or age-related condition. We have seen many people with cancer and the positive benefits that receiving Oxygen Therapy has had upon their lives.

If you would like more information, please visit our Oxygen Therapy page.  A free trial of Oxygen Therapy is available.  Please telephone 01546 606303 to arrange an appointment.
